1. HERBIVORE
Blue Tansy Invisible Pores Resurfacing Clarity Mask
I used to be all about a daily exfoliant but now I’m all about an exfoliating mask. I generally apply it once a week and it truly refreshes my skin, unclogs my pores and really gives my skin a post-mask glow. Sadly I can no longer find this stocked in Sephora Australia (where I discovered it), instead I go straight to their website to get more.
2. DRUNK ELEPHANT
T.L.C. Framboos™ Glycolic Night Serum
There’s magic in AHA’s + BHA’s. This has been my go-to night serum for the past 3 years. I haven’t found another serum that works just as good if not better. It is a bit pricey but the value is there. I’m about to order the 50ml size as I’ve just run out.
3. JOSIE MARAN COSMETICS
100% Pure Argan Oil
I’m not loyal to any particular brand but I am a repeat customer of argan oil. Pure luxury is how I would described this oil. I find it best to use at night as it’s very healing. Try a drop or two with your night moisturiser or better yet as a treatment in your hair.
4. THE ORDINARY
100% Organic Cold-Pressed - Rose Hip Seed Oil
Dry, humid or wet weather, this one is my go-to day oil. I like to mix 2-3 drops in with my face moisturiser. It’s affordable and light-weight. I find that my face really appreciates a touch of this oil, it somehow balances my moisture level without being too much in any climate. Again I’m not loyal to a particular brand but I’m due for another bottle so I might try this one from The Ordinary.
5. MECCA COSMETICA
To Save Face SPF30 Facial Sunscreen
I’ve tried many facial sunscreens but none have lived up to this one from Mecca Cosmetica. It’s light-weight, hydrating, leaves no white-cast and feels nice as a moisturising topper or as a base under makeup. To sum up, it’s simply pleasant. My favourite go-to sunscreen and I’m about to repurchase another bottle from Mecca Beauty.
