Once your order has been dispatched direct from the warehouse closest to your city, we will provide you with a tracking number. As orders are custom made, you agree to allow for extra time for the order to reach your address. We do not refund for any shipping delays.

We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing orders. If your merchandise arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/video of the damage. We may provide a full or partial refund based on our assessment of the damage severity upon return of item direct to the warehouse.
